Should you become incapable of managing your financial affairs, an attorney for property can look after them on your behalf. As your attorney for property, we’ll ensure your financial transactions are taken care of and that your assets are protected.

In the absence of a power of attorney, Concentra Trust can act as a court-appointed guardian/committee for property. We’ll handle the day-to-day financial transactions, ensure the management plan is followed, and complete all reporting.

Concentra Trust can act as the court-appointed trustee during litigation. In accordance with the court order, we’ll ensure assets are safeguarded until litigation is settled. Once settled, we can act as estate trustee to administer the estate.

If you’re named executor or attorney for property, Concentra Trust can provide support by acting as your agent. You’ll retain decision-making authority, while we keep accurate records and ensure the administration is completed.
