What You Need to Know

    Start by Contacting Us

    Get in touch with us or contact an accredited mortgage professional (AMP) to start your application. You’ll have expert advice to help guide you through the entire process.

    Check Which Documents You Need

    Depending on the type of business, property class and financing needs you have, we require different documents. The more prepared you are with your paperwork, the faster we can process your request. Take a look at our most common documents to have ready.

    Submit Your Request for Review

    Your mortgage broker or one of our Account Managers will work with you to have your documents completed to get your review underway. Once we receive your documentation we’ll assess your request to determine your eligibility.

    Your Letter of Intent

    If your documents are approved, you’ll receive a Letter of Intent that outlines your next steps. This includes having an Approved Consultant evaluate your property and any outstanding conditions you might have to meet to finalize your loan.

    Getting Your Loan Approved

    Provided all conditions have been met, we’ll send you a Commitment Letter that confirms your loan amount so you can get your business plans underway.
